Position Overview
Global Talent Partners is collaborating with a flourishing well established hearing clinic in Oak Harbor, WA. The practice is on the lookout for a qualified, self-motivated Hearing Instrument Specialist/ Hearing Aid Dispenser to join their full-time team and embark on this exciting journey.
The successful hearing care professional will thrive from professional development and office team support freeing you up to focus exclusively on what you do best - provide exceptional care to your patients and maximizing the productivity of your office. Duties include:
• Conduct all Diagnostic Hearing Evaluations for new and existing hearing aid user patients - testing, selling, fitting, and ongoing care of patients
• All selling functions, including payments and AR monitoring to ensure full collection
• Financing checks and approvals w/patient review for signatures and payment
• Assistance with insurance verification and following up on benefits/authorizations
• Tested-not-sold follow-up to advance each sale
• Assistance with onboarding and pre-qualifying newly scheduled patients.
• Assistance with outbound calling of target lists to self-generate hearing evaluations
• Clean & Checks of hearing aids for routine maintenance (by availability)
Attributes
• Proficiency in dispensing and fitting hearing aids

Qualifications
• Current Washington state licensure as a HIS or HAD eligibility to obtain licensure (assistance provided for out of state applicants)
