Urgent need for experienced Superintendent to lead projects in the healthcare market. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, partnering with project managers to ensure jobs stay on time and on budget.

Description
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision to ensure project is on schedule and budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved on the project including the owner, architect, engineer and sub contractors
- Prepare and review all project logs with Project Management team
- Prepare Scope of Work and budget with Project Management team
- Be capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick-turn projects simultaneously
- Manage close out process and warranty responses with project manager
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings
Profile
- 5-10+ years Superintendent experience
- Experience in Healthcare/Hospital work
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task
- Excellent time management
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Strong work ethic and desire to motivate others
