The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle of Healthcare Professionals. This includes sourcing, vetting, and submitting viable candidates to various roles throughout the country. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to internal stakeholders. Continuously driving the process and assuring the best candidates are hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment while positively impacting retention. The portfolio will include a majority of hard-to-recruit, registered nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital-based healthcare providers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting of a variety of Healthcare Professionals.
  • Act as a main driving force of successful candidate recruitment and fill the needs of our clients' job requisitions.
  • Effectively source and qualify potential candidates to fill job requisitions.
  • Exceptional candidate interview etiquette, processes, and communication (pre and post-hire);
  • Able to utilize a wide variety of employment marketplaces, resume databases, social networks, referrals, and current ATS for sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with and assist the team as and when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Recruitment

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Appropriate level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and meet goals.
  • Excellent work history of being results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Career and sales oriented professional with a competitive edge.
