A leading organisation is looking for a Business Manager to head up their Northern Ireland division, driving performance, client relationships, and team development.

Must have experience as a Recruitment Business Manager within a healthcare setting and have experience with temps.

The Role:
You ll take full operational and commercial ownership of a fast-growing regional division, managing everything from recruitment strategy to P&L. Leading a talented team, you ll shape the long-term vision, oversee key public and private sector accounts, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth across Northern Ireland and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the commercial team
Own the P&L and financial performance of the division
Drive recruitment strategy across public and private healthcare sectors
Expand client relationships and new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal operations teams for seamless delivery
Report into senior leadership on growth and performance metrics

What You ll Need:
Proven experience in recruitment leadership ideally in public, private, and voluntary sectors
Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L ownership
Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
Excellent client relationship and business development skills
Deep understanding of the healthcare market in NI and ROI
