The Construction Project Manager is Responsible for:
- building 1 large project at a time, often over $20 million in value
- managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
- serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
- managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

Profile
The Successful Construction Project Manager will Have:
- at least 5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with Healthcare projects
- a background building projects over $10 million in value
- communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
- a Bachelor's Degree
