About the Role:
As a Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.
This is a remote position, and you must reside within 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd. Denver, CO 80230
Start Date: June 16th, June 23rd, June 30th
Compensation:
- During Training: $21.63/hr.
- After Training: $22.66/hr.
Training/Working Schedule:
- Training Hours 12 weeks: Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm MST and 11:30am-9:30pm MST
- Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice.
- AFTER TRAINING: Must be able to work weekends- Schedule could be anywhere from 7am MST Start Time to 9:30pm MST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off during the week. MUST be able to work weekends.
What you will be doing:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
- Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
- Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics
- Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology
Requirements:
- 6 months+ Call Center Experience (2+yrs Customer Service Experience)
- Pass Required Assessment
- Able to work flexible/required hours of operation/work schedule
- Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required
