Your Role as a Healthcare Marketing Coordinator - Review medical conditions and conduct pre-screenings from various healthcare settings.
- Develop call strategies and plans to enhance referral volumes using the Referral Development System (RDS).
- Utilize market analysis data to uncover new business opportunities in your territory.
- Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians about our hospital's programs and services.
- Identify opportunities to strategically position our hospital in the local market.
- Address admission barriers and provide follow-up on admissions variables.
Qualifications for Candidates - Current driver's license and a clean driving record as per company policy.
- CPR certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, ideally as a clinician or technician.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a nurse liaison role or successful sales experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Understanding of acute hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market is a plus.
