We're seeking three experienced professionals to support advanced healthcare projects. HCAI experience is required for each role.


Healthcare Job Captain

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the production of construction documents for healthcare facilities
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with HCAI and CDPH guidelines
  • Oversee QA/QC processes, maintain drawing standards, and mentor junior staff
  • Collaborate on site visits, field verifications, and RFI responses

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Job Captain or senior Designer on healthcare projects
  • Proven track record with HCAI plan submissions and approvals
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Project Architect

What You'll Do:

  • Drive schematic design through construction administration for hospitals, clinics, and labs
  • Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating HCAI standards
  • Lead interdisciplinary design charrettes and stakeholder workshops
  • Mentor design staff and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget targets

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of architectural experience, including 2+ as Project Architect on healthcare work
  • Direct experience preparing HCAI submittals and navigating regulatory reviews
  • Registered Architect (RA) or NCARB record a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Project Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships from kickoff through close-out
  • Oversee compliance with HCAI codes, Joint Commission requirements, and seismic regulations
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver on scope and quality
  • Implement risk management strategies and streamline project workflows

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated success with HCAI submissions, plan check responses, and facility licensure
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills
