Healthcare Executive Administrative Assistant
Full Time Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Hybrid remote / in-office position

KenCrest is seeking a Healthcare Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Healthcare Services Leadership and Programs.

As our Healthcare Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide office support for all Healthcare Programs and Leaders, act as point of contact between Executive Director and stakeholders, organize meetings and events, handle confidential and department-specific correspondences and documentation, evaluate and process expense reports, arrange travel plans, work on Program-specific projects, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's in Human Services or related area of study, preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience working in executive-level administrative support
  • Experience working with healthcare, licensing and medical terminology, preferred
  • Experience working with the I/DD population and non-profit organizations, preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, web and portal-based agency databases, and ability to create reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as needed
  • Valid driver's license
