Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to assist with managing and maintaining sensitive physician and facility data within a leading electronic medical records (EMR) system. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about data integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter physician and facility information into the organization's EMR system, adhering to quality and efficiency standards.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of data by performing regular audits and reviews.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting established production goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity.
- Manage data updates and modifications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams, to communicate and coordinate effectively.
- Participate in virtual interviews and training sessions using video conferencing tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience in handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare data entry systems, such as Homecare Homebase (HCHB) or similar EMR platforms.
- Prior experience working in a contract or temporary role with a focus on data management.
