Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Chicago, IL
Pay Rate: $18-19/hr.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $18-19 per hour and provides the benefit of having Fridays and Sundays off.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
