About the Role: If you are seeking a role that allows you to make a real impact in people's lives, this position is perfect for you. As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for patients and healthcare providers, assisting with inquiries and guiding them through our Patient Assistance Program from a major pharmaceutical company.
In this role, you will:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls while providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Make outbound calls as necessary to assist with program applications and answer questions.
- Utilize training and resources to effectively resolve inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Meet agent performance goals and adhere to scheduled work hours.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Skills Required: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and navigating multiple software platforms
- Ability to learn and apply program rules and procedures effectively
- Passion for helping others with a strong customer service focus
- Capability to manage high call volumes and perform well under pressure
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is required; experience in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceuticals is highly encouraged.
- Call center or healthcare experience is preferred, though not required.
- Work-from-Home Requirements: A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection (minimum download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 15 mbps) are essential.
A successful completion of a background check is required for this position.
