Position Overview: Healthcare Call Center Associate

We are seeking compassionate individuals who thrive on helping others. In this role, you'll assist customers with questions and issues related to their healthcare coverage, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills. Your reliability and punctuality are crucial to ensuring success for our clients.

Compensation: The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Working Hours: Flexible shifts are available throughout our operating hours of Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, including weekends.

Training: 7 weeks of classroom training followed by 2 weeks of nesting.

Benefits: Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, are effective from the first day of employment. Paid time off begins accruing after 180 days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously to provide solutions while on the call.
  • Remain at your workstation for your entire shift, barring scheduled breaks.
  • Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment.

  • Can you provide an overview of the benefits I am enrolled in?
  • What is the status of my submitted claim?
Requirements:
  • Completion of customer service assessment and typing test.
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check.
Equipment and Workspace Requirements:
  • All equipment provided (computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, Ethernet cord).
  • Must have a reliable high-speed home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential, free of clutter and interruptions during working hours.
