Job Role: Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker
Location: Spalding/ Long Sutton/ Holbeach - Lincolnshire
Working period: Ad-hoc basis
Working Hours: 16 30 weekdays

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people s lives? We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Spalding, Long Sutton and Holbeach. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting patients with meals and hydration
- Monitoring patients conditions and reporting changes to healthcare staff
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
- Assisting with medical procedures under supervision
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred but not essential)
- A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
