Healthcare Application Administrator The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of 3 rd party vendor applications, primarily facility based. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure applications are functioning as intended and meet the evolving needs of the business. They serve as the liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to facilitate and support issue resolution.
This position is primarily responsible for: - Executing defined product support models, workflows, and system maintenance.
- Develops and maintains technical and end user support documentation utilizing defined tools.
- Participates in reviews for product transition to support documentation and delivery with customers.
- Supports security vulnerability remediation work related to products, collaborating with vendors and technical teams to execute remediation.
- Provides product support, facilitating issue resolution. Responsible for vendor escalations and participates in major incident management related to products.
- Supports product upgrades and product transitions to support.
- Evaluate product enhancement and configuration change requests.
- Serve as liaison with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors related to application issues and requests.
- Serve as an escalation contact for product access issues. Ensure access management policies are followed and perform product audits as needed.
- Documents application change management.
- Familiar with industry standard requirements related to data, security, and compliance in an ASC setting.
- Ensure optimal performance of applications.
- Assist with review and development and execution of application test plans.
- Support process workflow related to Issue/Request Change Management.
- Understanding of vendor support models, SLAs and Master Service Agreements.
- Assist with remediation of product risk assessments and audit review findings.
- Application of ITSM/ITIL standards to deliver consistent practices to achieve service excellence.
- Maintains technical and functional product knowledge required address customer issues and requests. Serves as Product SME.
- Collaborate and Support IT performance improvement initiatives and service excellence initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or other related field, or Business or other related field.
- 10 years of experience supporting 3 rd party vendor applications and implementations in a healthcare environment according to defined SLAs.
- 8 years developing support documentation, Job Aids, .
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, leaders and other technical teams to address product technical issues.
- Experience using ITSM Tools (i.e., ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.
Knowledge, Abilities & Skills: - Preferred experience in Healthcare IT supporting 3 rd party product/technology solutions.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently.
- Understand of Service Level Agreements.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work on a team or independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving.
- Driven to understand and learn innovative technologies.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $50/hr to $60/hr w2 ($105k to $120k/yr.)
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
