HEALTH SCIENCES STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Salary: $17.30
Department: Health Sciences Store
Days/Hours: 10-15 hrs/wk; Mon-Fri 7:30am-8:30pm; Saturday 10:30am-3:30pm
Duties: Team player, hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic - ready and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and help customers and staff alike
- Dedicated to resolving issues, answering questions and ringing up customer
- Process customer and department orders
- Manage numerous logs, complex projects, and complete multiple tasks based on priority
- Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant while maintaining organization on the sales floor and back of house
- Work effectively with peers and supervisors
- Looks for opportunities to improve processes, knowledge and skills along with possible solutions
Product knowledge and training will be provided.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks/projects and provide general operational support to other store departments.
Requirements: Resourceful, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers. Computer, phone and analytical skills required.
Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week including Finals and Break weeks. Looking for individuals who can work Summer Sessions A and C.
Must be able to do work that requires frequent bending, lifting, pushing, walking, and standing.
Must be available to open and close a few times a week.
