Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety - Promote and develop a Safety Culture across NI GM sites.
- Establish and maintain a robust safety culture across manufacturing units.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for all employees to promote safe work practices.
- Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Oversee incident investigations and identify preventive measures.
Environmental - Be the catalyst for activity and commitment to environmental management.
- Ensure, at minimum, legal compliance and reduce risk of non-compliance.
- Drive product stewardship across the business.
- Implement sustainability strategy to support corporate environmental goals.
- Manage carbon reporting by tracking, analysing, and reporting on greenhouse gas.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role.
