We offer an exciting career in Safety & Security working with Hilton. This full-time role reports to the Hotel's Director of Operations and involves responsibilities in occupational health and safety, fire safety, food safety, crisis management, environmental protection, and disability compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. 50%
  2. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements.
  3. Develop and review safety and security plans.
  4. Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses.
  5. Advise management on health, safety, food safety, fire safety, and environmental issues.
  6. Assist in managing guest complaints related to safety.
  7. Implement policies and procedures aligned with UK regulations.
  8. Support management with liability claims and training in safety protocols.

  2. Coordinate with enforcement authorities and assist security responses.
  3. Follow up on audit programs and ensure compliance.
  4. Build partnerships with department heads.

  2. Lead safety and security initiatives from corporate.
  3. Support safety measures during large events.
  4. Ensure ongoing legal compliance and professional development.
  5. Assess performance and enforce policies for hotel safety and security.

Candidate Profile

  • Effective communicator with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in computer programs for reporting and communication.
  • Qualified and experienced in health and safety or environmental health disciplines.
