About us

Are you ready to lead on health and safety across a dynamic and growing Multi-Academy Trust? We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Health and Safety Compliance Manager to ensure our schools remain safe, compliant, and well-prepared environments for learning and working.

In this key role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures across our 27 academies within the Trust.

SAT is an educational charity, Multi-Academy Trust and Sponsor of Academies. We have over 18,500 children and young people in our academies and employ more than 2,800 teachers, leaders and educational support professionals across the East Midlands. We aspire to be a leading regional high performing Trust, with a national reputation for excellence.

We currently have 18 primary academies, 8 secondary academies and one primary aged special school in our family of schools.
