We are a medium-frequency, 100% automated strategies execute across the major US futures (CME, NYMEX, CBOT, COMEX, ICE, NYBOT), equities (Nasdaq), and Crypto (Kraken) exchanges. Key Duties and Responsibilities

This year, we plan to add talent (tech, trading) and teams (ML, figures, spec, intnl, crypto, etc.). As such, Monick is currently hiring a Head of Trade / COO to support the two founders and CTO. You'll be a key player for the company's success. Acting as a gatekeeper, project manager, numbers person, and problem solver, you will keep executives organized, boost morale, and increase productivity. Your function will be extended, but not limited to BD, HR, Ops and other divisions, as needed. Your ability to learn quickly, juggle multiple projects, work autonomously, and excel in organization will be imperative.

The ability to think on your feet, take charge, and be both creative and reliable are key traits that we are looking for in this position. We are seeking someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and enjoys diving into unknown territory where they are constantly developing new skills in different avenues. You'll troubleshoot issues, quickly, and support the founders by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, analyzing information, organizing data, and initiating communications. You will be a valued confidant.

You will have the opportunity to grow within the organization, have immediate impact, and the chance to yield the benefits of delivering your own trading strategies into production.
