Are you a seasoned HR leader seeking your next challenge? Join us for a 9-month FTC role reporting to the People Director, leading a team of six including HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Development, as we embed recent organizational changes. This pivotal role drives our strategic people agenda, ensuring our vision and values are integrated across the organization to foster a healthy, positive, and high-performing culture. You will lead talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, aligning People goals with business objectives. Additionally, you will design and implement organizational structures that support growth, efficiency, and cultural transformation. You will need to work confidently and efficiently, with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
Essential experience includes:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with long-term business goals
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders through networking and interpersonal skills
- Understanding business strategy and competitive landscape to align HR initiatives
- Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, and change management
- Developing talent sourcing and development strategies
- Identifying and nurturing future leaders
- Knowledge of performance appraisal systems and techniques
- Understanding employee compensation approaches
- Managing organizational change and transformation projects
