Qualification
Engineering Degree from Reputed University,
MBA (Any SCM/Financial/Logistics qualification)- Preferred
Experience
20+ years of experience in SCM domain (Areas of Sourcing & Procurement & Order Management + Data Management + Conversant with advanced O2C and S2P platforms + Analytics) + BPO/GBS having handled NA/EMEA/APAC customers - Must have good service industry experience within overall no.of years tenure
Skills and Experience Required
- Good knowledge of SCM, S2P and O2C processes and methodologies
- Independently managed team size of 500+ FTEs encompassing SCM, S2P and O2C processes
- Transitioned at least four SCM projects for offshoring in Lift-and-Shift, Fix-and-Shift models
- Hands-on work experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE etc.
- Experience and awareness of leading procurement and supply chain solutions, for example, Coupa, Zycus, BlueYonder, Kinaxis)
- Led Transformation initiatives delivering process and cost efficiency and improved business outcomes including Procurement spend savings, improved logistics efficiency and on-time deliveries and customer experience.
- Understanding of Digital and technology led transformation
- Technically proficient to analyze and report data suitable for multiple levels - Exec, Business Leader, Analyst, Agent etc.
- Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and Non-Verbal and articulation
- Excellent people management skills including talent and career development
- Strong executive presence and client stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to lead the team from the front
- Business financial sense, with clear focus on Process P & L and profitability
- Comprehensive understanding of Quality Principles / Six Sigma initiatives
- Six Sigma/Black belt certified (Preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Head Operations in SCM Service Delivery including S2P, O2C
- As part of Service delivery/operations, responsible for Project P&L management- (Revenue & Margins), SLA Scorecard, Margin Levers, ACSAT/ESAT and retention, New Process Identification (EN) driving Revenue growth, Customer Escalations, and Participate in MBRs & QBRs
- Introduce Process and Digital interventions towards service delivery excellence
- Responsible for new client RFI/RFP/RFQs. Providing strategic solutions for new opportunities under SCM, other verticals & sales team through imparting of current SCM domain expertise
- Regular Client interactions and ensure consistency in meeting agreed client deliverables
- Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Account Maps, Process Manuals etc.,
- Propose strategic solutions and spearhead Change Management & Transformation process
- Make strategic decisions for process growth
- Control process attrition and review and approve process attrition targets and drive rigor to achieve targets
- Clear understanding of the domain and processes to achieve defined goals
- Impart domain knowledge to the team
- Implementation of KAIZEN & Six Sigma projects
- Manage resource capacity supporting client requirements and awareness for workforce planning
