For the first time in over five years, we're searching for a dedicated leader to step into the role of Head of School at our Santa Clara campus.

We're looking for someone who leads with passion and purpose-a leader who fosters trust, builds strong teams, and cultivates an environment where children, teachers, and families thrive together. You understand that leading a school is about more than just operations-it's about nurturing relationships, inspiring growth, and ensuring every child feels safe and supported. You'll be at the heart of our school community, partnering with educators and families to create a warm, enriching environment where children flourish.

What You'll Do:

1. Guide and support a team of dedicated Montessori educators, helping them grow in their practice.
2. Welcome new families and nurture relationships to create a strong, connected school community.
3. Ensure program quality, uphold Montessori principles, and maintain compliance with California's Community Care Licensing Division.
4. Work closely with leadership to expand our impact and bring more families into our community.

Who You Are:

1. A strong leader with at least two years of experience in a childcare setting and at least one year as an assistant director or director.
2. A team builder with excellent communication skills-you know how to connect with staff, parents, and children alike.
3. Someone who understands the importance of consistency, emotional security, and community in early childhood education.
4. Fully qualified to serve as a childcare center director under California licensing standards (a bachelor's degree is a plus.).
