Title: Head of Salesforce Partnership (Health or Pharmaceutical Industry)

Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office at one of the following locations: New York City, San Francisco, Chicago, or Seattle

We're hiring a senior business development executive to lead and grow our strategic relationship with Salesforce. This high-impact role sits within our partnerships team and calls for someone who brings hands-on experience navigating Salesforce's ecosystem-from field operations to product and services alignment. You'll take ownership of joint revenue initiatives, drive co-sell execution, and lead cross-functional efforts that bring value to shared clients. The position offers direct access to executive decision-makers and a chance to shape one of our most critical partnerships.

This individual must deeply understand Salesforce's field operations, products, and services. They should have a proven ability to sell alongside Salesforce reps and build innovative, executive-level relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Execution

  • Build a team and lead the partnership strategy with Salesforce, owning key revenue targets including services, marketplace activity, and co-sell performance.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Salesforce sales and business unit leaders to drive joint customer success.
  • Execute go-to-market initiatives including field engagement, sales enablement, and co-branded plays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define, package, and promote joint solutions built on Salesforce platforms.

Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Partner with internal account teams and solution leads to align strategy and execution around Salesforce opportunities.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, building consensus and ensuring execution against milestones.
  • Track and report key metrics, manage stakeholder communications, and drive continuous improvement across the program.

Operational Oversight

  • Manage all partner-related funding mechanisms, including incentive programs and POC/migration support.
  • Ensure alignment with partner marketing, marketplace strategies, and field enablement.
  • Maintain a clear and up-to-date communication cadence with leadership and partner stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in partner management or strategic partnerships, including direct experience managing a Salesforce relationship.
  • Proven track record of sales-influencing or co-sell roles in a professional services or SaaS environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience owning revenue targets or business development goals.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and leading large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or experience in healthcare or life sciences industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
