We're Hiring: Head of Sales - Utilities & Energy Efficiency Savings Programs

Remote (US-based) Regular travel to our Michigan HQ

TrickleStar is a recognized leader in energy efficiency solutions, partnering with utilities and energy savings programs to create impactful, sustainable results. We're on the hunt for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our US sales strategy, grow our market share, and inspire a high-performing team.

This is an exciting remote role with regular travel to our Michigan headquarters and to key clients across the US.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and scale our US sales organization with a focus on utilities and energy efficiency savings programs
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and key account development
  • Inspire, manage, and grow a talented sales team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with customer needs and market trends
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand our footprint in the energy efficiency sector
What We're Looking For:

10+ years' sales experience in the utilities and energy efficiency sector

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong network and relationships with utilities and energy savings programs

Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills

Willingness to travel regularly within the US (including to our HQ in Michigan)

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
