About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Sales to spearhead its business development strategy and sales team. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a team of Account Executives, building and expanding the customer base, and driving annual recurring revenue (ARR). This role is pivotal in developing new growth strategies and requires a results-driven individual with a player/coach mentality. The Head of Sales will be responsible for scaling the business, with a focus on technically complex SaaS data-focused products, particularly those with an AI component, to both mid-market and enterprise clients. The ideal Head of Sales for the company will have a proven track record in scaling to $50M+ ARR and must have a strong interest in AI-related SaaS. Experience in this area is essential, as the role involves not only leading the sales team but also being deeply involved in the sales process, from pipeline development to closing deals. The Head of Sales will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall business goals and to foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
