Head of Sales

  • Working Hours: 42.5 Hour per week - 5 days a week to include Saturdays

We're seeking a highly driven and experienced leaders to spearhead their sales strategy and empower their large team to achieve exceptional results. The Opportunity:

  • Strategically drive significant sales volume, revenue, and profitability across all locations.
  • Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy that maximizes performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a substantial sales team to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
  • Rigorously monitor and manage performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience, fostering loyalty and driving retention.
  • Optimize finance and value-added product penetration to enhance profitability.
  • Maintain impeccable stock presentation standards and effectively manage aged inventory.
  • Leverage CRM and digital tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of senior leadership experience within automotive sales.
  • Proven success in a high-volume dealership or car supermarket setting.
  • A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and employee development capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
  • A deep understanding of the used car market and evolving customer buying behaviours.
  • Proficiency in CRM and lead management systems.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Optimizing stock turnover and minimizing aged inventory.
  • Maximizing gross profit per unit and overall profit contribution.
  • Driving high appointment and lead conversion rates.

  • Enhancing team productivity and overall performance.
