Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Louisville, KY for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, overseeing account management practices, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales goals. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management and developing client relationships
  • 2-3 years Sales experience Utilizing Hubspot strongly preferred
  • Excellent Team Management and leadership abilities
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in business development and sales growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
