Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee enterprise-wide risk management and quality assurance initiatives.
Develop governance structures to enhance accountability, reporting, and control frameworks.
Build and foster a strong risk culture, integrating proactive risk identification and mitigation.
Provide strategic leadership in risk-related decision-making processes and regulatory adherence.
Manage and mentor a team of risk professionals, ensuring continuous development and alignment with business priorities.
Collaborate with senior executives, regulators, and key stakeholders to drive best practices.
Monitor key risk metrics and implement solutions to enhance operational resilience.
Profile
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in risk management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within corporate and investment banking.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, providing mentorship and strategic guidance.
Strong knowledge of financial risk, operational risk, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Ability to implement governance frameworks and risk methodologies at an institutional level.
Job Offer
$200,000 - $350,000.
