Savvly is looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to spearhead our entry into the RIA, broker-dealer, and wealth management channels. This is a unique opportunity to define the sales vision and strategy at a disruptive fintech company on a mission to revolutionize retirement outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Close Savvly's first RIA, broker-dealer, and wealth management clients
- Own and execute our go-to-market strategy in the advisor space
- Guide product and tech teams based on client needs and feedback
- Drive strategic sales decisions and shape operational processes
- Collaborate with Marketing to craft compelling sales collateral and campaigns
- Travel up to 50% to meet clients and partners nationwide
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, helping scale the business
Who You Are
- A proven sales leader with a strong track record in wealth management, retirement solutions, or asset management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to work in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and articulating complex financial concepts with clarity
- Motivated to build a business, make a meaningful impact, and realize significant equity upside
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales roles with quota-carrying responsibility
- Deep understanding of investment products or retirement solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Series 65, 63, or 7 license (required)
- Background in financial services: retirement, asset management, or insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or scaling an early-stage startup or fintech
- Experience building and managing sales teams
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles or long lead-time partnerships
Additional Details
- Equity options are a meaningful part of the compensation package
- Office time is flexible: 6-7 days per month initially; 1 day per week as your role scales
