As we scale our team and global impact, we're looking for a Head of Talent to build and lead a world-class talent function. You'll be the driving force behind how we attract, hire, and retain exceptional people who are passionate about the future of AI-driven human expression.
What You'll Do
- Talent Strategy: Design and execute a holistic talent strategy aligned with our rapid growth goals, from technical teams to leadership hires.
- Team Building: Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and build high-performing teams across engineering, product, design, operations, and go-to-market.
- Recruiting Operations: Build and optimize scalable recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to ensure quality, velocity, and candidate experience.
- Employer Brand: Shape our brand as an employer of choice in the AI and digital media ecosystem-crafting narratives, content, and campaigns that attract top talent globally.
- Leadership Hiring: Drive C-level and executive search efforts as we scale our leadership bench.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Develop inclusive hiring practices and foster an environment that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Talent Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with universities, research labs, communities, and agencies to widen our talent funnel.
- Onboarding and Retention: Work with People Ops to ensure seamless onboarding and a culture that inspires long-term retention.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in talent leadership roles, ideally within startups, scale-ups, or high-growth deep tech environments.
- Proven success hiring across technical and non-technical functions, including engineers, researchers, creatives, and commercial leaders.
- Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, sourcing tactics, and employer branding best practices.
- Strategic thinker with an execution bias-you're equally comfortable setting vision and rolling up your sleeves.
- Exceptional communicator, relationship-builder, and advocate for company culture.
- Passion for AI, emerging media, and pushing the boundaries of human-machine interaction.
Bonus Points
- Experience hiring for roles in synthetic media, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Prior exposure to hypergrowth or building teams from Series A to Series C and beyond.
- Global hiring experience, especially across the US, Europe, and Asia.
