We seek a strategic, results-driven Head of Project Management and Operations to enhance our project delivery and operational excellence. The Role: Team Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership to the PM & Ops team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop project managers, tailoring growth plans.
- Demonstrate best practices in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead regular team meetings and workshops for alignment and sharing successes.
- Manage team workload and resource allocation effectively.
Project Management Oversight & Delivery:
- Manage high-value and strategic client projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards, exceeding client expectations.
- Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as escalation point for complex issues, providing strategic guidance.
- Build strong relationships with other departments and clients.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive continuous improvement in client delivery, resource allocation, and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Lead post-project reviews for lessons learned and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends in operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation.
