We're seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing team and shape how the world perceives n8n. You will bring structure, strategic vision, and leadership to a team of 3 PMMs (and growing), define product launch strategies, communicate our value, and expand our story across technical users, enterprise buyers, and the broader automation ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Managing product launches, user research, and adoption initiatives
- Growing and managing a high-performing team of product marketers and content creators
- Structuring an underleveraged but potential-rich product marketing function
In the first 3 months, you'll .
- Test initial positioning and messaging experiments
- Update website messaging for high impact
- Develop a roadmap for product marketing and storytelling
By 6 months, you'll .
- Enhance team workflows and ownership
- Lead messaging and category creation initiatives
- Collaborate on brand and go-to-market campaigns
By 12 months, you'll .
- Establish a repeatable product launch process
- Scale the marketing team across community, enterprise, and product releases
- Position n8n as a market leader in automation and AI
- Increase industry visibility through analyst relations and thought leadership
Minimum requirements include:
- 5-7+ years in product marketing, DevRel, or technical marketing leadership
- 3-5+ years working with technical audiences in B2B SaaS ($10M ARR)
- Over 2 years managing a marketing team in a hypergrowth environment
- Hands-on experience with product-led and enterprise go-to-market models
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, webhooks, scripting)
- Proven success in launching technical products across channels
- Experience building and scaling product marketing organizations
- Exceptional storytelling skills
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in Europe or on the East Coast of North America
