- Lead, develop and implement product strategy in line with the company's vision and goals.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to ensure excellent execution of strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with the marketing agency to ensure product alignment with brand guidelines.
- Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions on product development and enhancements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the retail industry.
- Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product launches.
- Foster a customer-centric approach within the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Head of Product should have:
- A strong background in product management within the Consumer Goods.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-centric approach and a strong commitment to quality.
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Able to work 2 days per week at the Wirral Head Office.
