Head of Physics - Ealing, London
Lead and develop the Physics curriculum across all key stages, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning that inspires curiosity and academic excellence.
Support and guide a dedicated team of science teachers, promoting best practice and continuous professional development.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies, student progress, and departmental targets.
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and achievement in the physical sciences.
Be an active and collaborative member of the wider school community, contributing to the school's ethos of excellence and aspiration.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Physics or a closely related field
Proven experience of teaching Physics across KS3-KS5
Previous leadership experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
A genuine passion for science education and the ability to inspire young minds
