This Miami, FL-based growth-stage startup combines science-backed discovery with women's health, wellness, and a subscription-based model. Led by a seasoned executive team of industry experts, the company has seen consistent revenue growth year over year and has recently doubled its team size in the last 6 months. With a strong pipeline of consumer demand, owning and optimizing its marketing channels is more critical than ever as the company enters its next phase of growth.
This role offers the flexibility to be remote from the Northeast, with anticipated travel to Miami on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the paid media team across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, etc.
- Partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer on monthly budget forecasting
- Play an integral role in daily tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
- Maintain and update live campaign trackers across all channels
- Monitor daily spend with a sharp focus on what's working, what's not, and why
- Collaborate with Lifecycle and Creative teams to maintain offer/promo calendars across paid platforms
- Launch and test new campaigns across channels, focusing on targeting, copy, assets, and offers
- Own and evolve testing frameworks across creative, copy, and landing pages
- Track channels spend and pacing against company budgets
- Monitor landing page performance and conversion metrics
- Report on top- and bottom-performing campaigns by channel, creative, audience, and product
- Execute and optimize all performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and drive performance
Skills / Experience Needed:
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven success in paid media within direct-to-consumer (DTC), ecommerce, or subscription-based businesses
- Industry experience in lifestyle, health & wellness, supplements, or health tech is strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in launching and managing campaigns across major platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Skilled in analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Triple Whale, and/or Lifetimely
- Prior experience managing monthly budgets
- Data-driven mindset with an eagerness to test, learn, and iterate quickly
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to travel to Miami, FL on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
