  • A commercially focused, solution-led approach with strong judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and evolving HR practices.
  • First-class interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Discretion, integrity, and a values-driven leadership style.
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Flexibility to travel to sites across the UK when needed.

Why join?

This is more than just a People role-it's a real opportunity to lead transformation, influence culture, and make a lasting difference in a business that genuinely values its workforce.

  • You'll benefit from a salary of 70,000 (flexibility on this for the right candidate)
  • 7000 car allowance or company car
  • 5%/5% pension
  • Life assurance, critical illness, health cashplan, retail discounts and more.

If you're ready to take the next step in your HR career and lead on strategy, innovation, and engagement-we'd love to hear from you.
