Role Summary:
Leading both strategically and operationally, you will steer our marketing efforts to achieve impactful outcomes, not just outputs. From enhancing customer acquisition to nurturing brand relevance, your vision will shape our marketing success. Three key managers report in to this role.
Key Responsibilities as Head of Marketing Operations:
- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies across brand, campaigns, and digital performance.
- Optimise marketing efficiency and ROI through streamlined processes and innovative technology.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless integration with international marketing teams.
- Elevate creative standards and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
This role needs someone experienced in making marketing happen.
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing at a senior level, with a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes (client or agency side will be considered).
- Proficiency in branding, digital strategy, and creative execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in CRM and data analytics preferred.
- Proven leadership in marketing operations, with expertise in demand generation and conversion optimisation.
- Willingness to travel as required.
