We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Marketing (Director/VP) to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth strategy-and support brand and marketing initiatives across all channels, including B2B and wholesale.


This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and executing a performance-driven marketing function-with a bold target of significantly growing DTC revenue over the next 12-18 months. You'll lead a growing internal team, own key performance channels, and provide strategic marketing support for all sales channels.


This role is ideal for a strategic marketing leader who blends analytical rigor with creative energy and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.


What You'll Do
  • Lead strategy and execution across all DTC marketing channels

  • Own and optimize paid media (Meta, Google), email, SEO, and ecommerce performance

  • Drive B2B marketing efforts to support distributor and wholesale growth

  • Manage and develop a high-potential internal team (ads, content, creative)

  • Build a culture of testing-prioritize experimentation, learning, and fast iteration

  • Support sales teams with marketing assets, campaigns, and product launch collateral

  • Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Executive teams on campaigns and brand initiatives

  • Define and report on key KPIs: revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, LTV, funnel performance

What You Bring
  • 5-8+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a DTC ecommerce or CPG environment

  • Experience supporting both DTC and B2B marketing efforts

  • Proven success scaling ecommerce revenue through multi-channel campaigns

  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Shopify, and CRO

  • Leadership experience managing teams, freelancers, or agencies

  • Analytical mindset, balanced with strong creative judgment

  • Curiosity, discipline, and a bias for testing and fast execution
