Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and align HR strategies with business objectives to
support FreshBus's growth.
Culture Development: Foster an inclusive, high-performance, and empathetic
workplace culture.
Employee Experience: Enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and overall
workplace engagement.
Talent Management: Lead recruitment, development, and retention initiatives to attract
and retain top talent.
Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to minimize attrition and maximize
employee engagement.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and audit
requirements.
Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation packages to
attract and retain employees.
Learning & Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills
and career growth.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a
positive work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth
environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a strategic mindset.
Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and culture building.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment and drive change.
