The Company is seeking a Head of Growth and Marketing to spearhead the development of a groundbreaking software-only platform that is set to transform enterprise connectivity. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it demands a bold marketing leader who is ready to take the reins and define the go-to-market strategy from scratch. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full marketing funnel, crafting a compelling narrative that translates technical capabilities into messages for enterprise buyers, and leading the execution of multi-channel marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Collaboration at the C-level is essential, as is the ability to build and scale a world-class marketing team in a fast-scaling environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' marketing leadership experience in wireless technology or enterprise network software, with a proven track record of success in a startup environment. A deep understanding of SaaS and GTM execution for highly technical B2B products is a must, as is the ability to influence and align with both technical and executive audiences. The ideal candidate will also have experience in adjacent markets such as IoT, edge computing, or private 5G, and a recognized voice in the industry through public speaking, authored content, or panel participation.
