About Our Client
My client is a Housing Association based in the West Midlands.
Job Description
- Responsible for a number of key financial projects across the organisation including a review of some key revenue areas such as DLO, Care and Support Service, Corporate Fleet, cost lines, capitalisation approach, and disposals.
- Reviewing business partnering practices and providing support and training.
- Finance training for leadership team members and senior stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified accountant.
- Experience of delivering a complex change program within finance.
- Ideally proven experience within the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
