Head of Finance

Are you a commercially minded finance professional ready to lead a high-performing finance function? We are recruiting a Head of Finance to join the senior leadership team of a well-established, service-led organisation operating across the property and asset services sector.

Our client is a focused and reputable business with a diverse service offering and strong UK presence. Known for their professionalism and long-term client relationships, they support the management of complex assets and operations across a wide range of sectors.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance will have full responsibility for the finance function. You will lead on financial control, reporting, compliance, and day-to-day team management, ensuring the finance department delivers consistent, accurate, and timely support to the wider business.

Head of Finance Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
Manage cash flow, financial risk, and working capital
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Produce monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes
Provide clear financial insight to support operational decisions
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies

About You
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a service-led or asset-based environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK financial regulations and reporting standards
Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing teams and working with stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with financial systems such as Sage, NetSuite, or Yardi is advantageous
