Signify has the pleasure of partnering with a well funded GenAI startup focused minimizing AI hallucinations. They are rapid expanding and hiring a Head of Field Engineering is critical for them.
The Head of FE will lead both the sales engineering and customer success engineering teams. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape how the teams engage with customers and drive long-term success.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and scale our Sales Engineering and Customer Success Engineering teams, ensuring enterprise and strategic customers have top-tier technical resources
- Work closely with the product team to refine and update technical demos
- Enable the team on how to sell to technical buyers effectively
- Optimize pilot programs, tailoring them for different buyer personas
- Build and refine distinct customer journeys for Enterprise vs. Strategic accounts
- Develop a customer enablement program, including onsite workshops, in-depth presentations, and strong POVs to drive adoption and success
What We're Looking For:
- Highly technical background in AI, data, or other leading tech companies with a strong GTM focus
- Technical degree (preferred) in Engineering
- Deep understanding of technical personas-their pain points, priorities, and decision-making processes
- Experience supporting both Enterprise and Strategic customers
- 8+ years leading pre-sales and post-sales teams at high-growth SaaS companies
This is a hybrid, 1-3 days onsite in SF. Relocation package available.
