Salary: £70K+ uncapped commission + up to 10% bonus

Must-haves:
- Proven background in tech consulting, or software solutions
- A consultative mindset - you're the person who always asks the right question
- Commercial confidence and strategic storytelling chops
- Solid experience in bespoke software, AI, cloud, and data-driven tech
- Experience in regulated sectors like energy, finance, or healthcare
- Tech/B2B sales background (you know how deals are made)
- HubSpot fluency - data-driven strategists, we see you
