Would you like the opportunity to work in a part strategic, part operational role for a leading Managing Agent, heading up a team of experienced FM staff across a portfolio of commercial buildings?
The role will have a strong focus on both the strategic and operational management of the portfolio, the highest standards of FM service and communication to the internal staff within the business and line management of a team of direct FM reports.

Responsibilities: - Line management of a team of FM staff, responsible for overseeing the delivery of a 5 FM service across the dedicated portfolio.
- Ensuring an exceptional consistent daily tenant and client liaison are delivered across the portfolio.
- Strategic oversight of hard and soft service contractor delivery across the portfolio
- Oversight of ESG & Sustainability management across portfolio
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Project management including fit out and refurbishment programmes.
- Oversight of a OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all internal staff.
- Health & Safety oversight across the portfolio.
Requirements: - MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
- IOSH/ Nebosh qualification
