Business Classifications About the Role We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Compliance to join our executive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to develop and implement compliance and risk management programs within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry. You will take charge of overseeing all aspects of compliance, including CASP operations, team leadership, financial crime prevention, compliance monitoring, reporting, and regulatory collaboration.
As a key leadership figure, you will contribute to the company's governance and strategic objectives as a statutory director. We require a minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance-related business functions, with at least 2 years specifically focused on regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency space. Your successful track record in managing compliance teams and developing effective internal controls will be paramount in driving our regulatory strategy.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential as you work closely with executive leadership to align compliance tactics with business goals. You will cultivate a compliance-first culture, mentor your team, and ensure our company remains a front-runner in the crypto compliance sector. Experience in compliance for consumer, payments, and business financial products is essential, with prior board-level executive experience highly desirable.
