Head of Compiler Engineering
We are seeking an engineering leader to direct a 50+ person Compiler, Runtime & Performance group, with the task of scaling this to 150 people globally for a team building their second generation custom AI processor.
The team have already taped there first chip, now working on their second generation and rearchitecting and improving the current generation. They are now looking to bolster their leadership group as they scale heavily across the US and in their global teams.
You will guide the build and delivery of a customer facing Compiler & Runtime stack, whilst directing & growing a large globally distributed team.
We are looking for a Head of Compiler Engineering with:
- Experience leading large engineering teams, with experience of or willingness to, lead globally distributed teams where managing time zones is a factor
- Demonstrable experience building and delivering compiler technologies, preferably within LLVM, MLIR or TVM environments
- A track record working in AI accelerator, semiconductor or GPU focussed environments
Compensation: Highly competitive base salary plus substantial bonus and stock
