Job Description
- Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, fostering their growth and development.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure change initiatives align with organisational goals.
- Evaluate the impact of changes and devise strategies to overcome challenges and resistance.
- Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change management team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head of Change Management' should demonstrate:
- Extensive expertise and proven senior leadership experience in leading change practices within a large and complex matrix organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale change from inception to completion.
- Proficient in leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning change initiatives with business objectives.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are advantageous.
