Job Description

  1. Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  3. Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure change initiatives align with organisational goals.
  4. Evaluate the impact of changes and devise strategies to overcome challenges and resistance.
  5. Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  6. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Change Management' should demonstrate:

  1. Extensive expertise and proven senior leadership experience in leading change practices within a large and complex matrix organisation.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale change from inception to completion.
  3. Proficient in leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
  4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
  5. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
  6. Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning change initiatives with business objectives.
  7. Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  8. Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are advantageous.
