The Role
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, contribute to organisation-wide planning, and ensure culture continues to enhance Glasgow's communities and economy.
The Candidate
Requirements include:
- Degree level education or equivalent senior experience in cultural policy, arts management, or creative industries leadership.
- Proven strategic leadership in a senior role, capable of leading large teams and delivering results in arts, culture, or music environments.
- Understanding of delivering arts and music services in public and third sector contexts.
- Strong financial management skills and experience securing diverse funding sources.
- Experience designing inclusive cultural programmes with diverse communities.
